time to make your summer bucket list.

    striped jumpsuit - summer fashion

And just like that… it’s officially summer!

Happy first day of summer, everyone!  First thing first, it was the windiest day when we shot this striped jumpsuit.  Maybe it adds to the aesthetic or maybe it simply looks windy.  Regardless, I had to share this amazing piece with you so we got it done!  Finding this striped jumpsuit at Younkers, a department store I don’t frequent, was a complete surprise.  I was digging through the racks desperate for something to pull me out of a fashion inspiration rut and the second I slipped this on in the dressing room, I was in love.  My obsession with stripes for summer is one reason to love the jumpsuit, but I also love the unique details – the cutout, the bow, the tulip style pant legs.  It marks all my boxes for the perfect summer outfit and I can’t wait to wear it out and about.

Ok, so now that summer has officially started, what’s on everyone’s bucket list?  I haven’t put much thought into mine, but with the least busy schedule T & I have had in years, I’m hoping to have more time for summer-esque activities.  Farmer’s markets, bike rides, golfing, lake time, and of course, playing with our four-pawed pal, Cooper!  This warm season always slips by faster than we’d all like, so we have to make the best of it, right?

Even though the calendar says otherwise, I always think summer officially starts after Memorial Day weekend.  Anyone else?  And if…
